ELITE PRINTING INKS COMPANY (EPIC) was formed in 2011 with its main focus to supply the textile printing industry with an economically priced, high quality and highly resistant ink to be used on Rotary Flexo/Letterflex, Silk Screen and Heat Transfer machinery with the added 100% service levels.

We have been awarded Oekotex 100 Class 1 accreditation via the new ECOPASSPORT method and believe this to be a major factor when our loyal client and new clients decide on a source for their ink supply. *Test reports available on request

Our pricing policy will be of surprise, however we strive to offer the lowest market pricing based on our relatively low overheads and strong policy to work on below market profit margins.

Application

Printed Fabric Labels (PFL)

EPIC Flexo inks are supplied as a single pack (2-Pack upgrade available) product for use on Rotary Flexo machinery. Inks are used to print onto various fabric ribbons * resulting in excellent quality wash care labels to be placed into garments.

Suitable Substrates

Substrates to be printed must be tested for suitability with the EPIC FLEXO (EPFLX-) ink prior to production.

Suitable Machinery

Letterflex machinery also known as Flexo, Rotary Flexo. We will ask for brand name and model to ensure suitability prior to sampling or supplying EPFLX-Inks.

EPFLX- inks have been formulated to produce durable and wash resistant Printed Fabric Labels (PFL)

SGS Wash Resistance up to 90°C (colour dependant)	AATCC 8 Wet / Dry Rub properties
